Exchange Policy
Our "in-store" exchange policy:
- Exchanges are accepted in-store within 14 days of the original purchase date with receipt.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must have all original tags still intact and must be unused, unworn, and free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume. Item(s) should be in the same condition that you received it.
- If eligible you may exchange or receive store credit for a future purchase.
- Items that are not eligible for exchange are: bath & body items, hair accessories, perfumes, sunglasses, special/custom orders, gift cards, and any item that is purchased below the original ticked price.
- Christmas ornaments and decor including seasonal candles are FINAL SALE.
- We do not offer refunds to original payment.
Our "online" exchange policy:
- Exchanges for store credit may be submitted within 14 days of package delivery.
- You will be responsible for a $5 return shipping fee.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must have all original tags still intact and must be unused, unworn, and free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume. Item(s) should be in the same condition that you received it.
- If an item is sent back to us that is not eligible for store credit or is received damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
- Please note that you will not be refunded for your original shipping charges.
- Items that are excluded from our policy and not eligible for exchange are: bath & body items, special/custom order items, gift cards, clearance, or discounted items.
- If you receive an item(s) that is damaged, please email photos of the packaging and the item(s) that are damaged within 3 days of delivery. Items received damaged may qualify for a refund to your original method of payment.
